Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace your order. Evidence must be provided to show it was damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if you incorrectly input your shipping address resulting in a delivery problem, we are not at fault! You must assume an additional shipping, handling, and restocking fee to reship your order. A full refund will not apply if a customer incorrectly inputs their shipping address!

Our warehouses are located around the world and our warehouses are forced to abide by those national countries shipping holidays. As such, your order may be processed, but delayed until the shipping companies resume after the holiday. While these dates are subject to change, please account for the below schedule:

  • February 11th - 23rd

Please note: We will not refund orders placed during this time that request refunds due to this shipment delay. Once your order is processed, we can't edit, alter, or cancel your order in any way. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials (purchase electronic), or flammable liquids or gases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Basic Refund Policy

  • There are 3 types of items   X Gadget sells, and all 3 have slightly different Refund Policies:
    • Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
    • Apparel: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return apparel unless they are defective. For size exchanges please read below.
    • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 

For all applicable returns, please email support for the return address.

Important Note: Due to the fact that we handle returns within our USA offices, we are unable to process returns Electronic products and products containing liquids. Dangerous good are regulated by United States by the following:

X Gadget currently does not have a proper dangerous goods return protocol. Therefore, we are unable to return the aforementioned items unless an incorrect item was shipped. Of course, we will try to work with you in these circumstances. We are working on implementing the proper policies to allow for returns of all items.

We process orders immediately after they are purchased through automated software. Unless there was an issue with processing your order, any order that is attempted to be canceled after 60 minutes from time of purchased shall be considered processed and we can't edit, alter, or cancel an order after it is processed.  Any cancellation requests within 60 minutes from time of purchase will be honored, as long as the order number and/or customer email address used to purchase is in your cancellation request. Note, cancellation requests must be written by email to our support team, by either using the "Contact Us" form or by emailing directly to support@X-Gadget.net.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@X-Gadget.net.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@X-Gadget.net.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail to our facility. Please email support@X-Gadget.net to coordinate your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
